Science tip:

Raw vegetables + Eggs

Many raw vegetables contain disease-fighting carotenoids, but this is hard to absorb. Insert 3 fully cooked eggs into your vegetable intake and absorb as much as 3x the carotenoids. 

Turmeric + Black Pepper

Tumeric contains a pigment we call curcumin good for general health in fighting disease. Your body tends to have a hard time absorbing curcumin. Insert black pepper to assist your body in absorbing curcumin. *Caution USE THIS METHOD IN MODERATION. Too much curcumin can increase the development of kidney stones. 

Consume your raw fruits and vegetables, and most importantly don’t forget to wash your hands thoroughly and often.
