Selenium comes from selene which is Greek for the moon. Stay hydrated and keep a selenite crystal around. Earth’s moon is about 1/400th the diameter of the sun, but it’s also 1/400th as far from us. Remarkable as this is unique only to Our Earth - Moon combination in the solar system, allowing for the alluring and photogenic total solar eclipses we witness.
